**Subsection 1: Employment Process – District and Supreme Court Judges/Justices**

The employment process for Judges and Justices within the District and Supreme Courts is a multi-step process designed to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are appointed. The steps include:

1. **Application for Employment**: Candidates must complete and submit an official employment application available at City Hall.
2. **Judicial Panel Interview**: The Federal Justice Panel conducts an in-depth interview with the applicant to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
3. **Probationary Period**: Upon approval, the candidate undergoes a probationary period of 30 days or two court cases, whichever comes first. During this time, their performance is evaluated by the panel and the Chief Justice.

***

**Subsection 2: Employment Process – District Attorney’s Office**

Employment within the District Attorney’s Office follows a rigorous three-step process:

1. **Application for Employment**: Interested individuals must complete the application form and submit it to the District Attorney’s Office.
2. **Interview with the Attorney General**: Applicants are interviewed by the Attorney General to assess their qualifications, legal expertise, and alignment with the office’s values.
3. **Final Approval**: The District Attorney reviews the application and interview results before making the final hiring decision.

***

**Subsection 3: Employment Process – Attorney General’s Office**

Employment within the Attorney General’s Office is a highly selective process aimed at recruiting the best legal minds to serve San Andreas. The process includes:

1. **Application Submission**: Candidates submit a detailed application to the Attorney General’s Office.
2. **Attorney General Interview**: Candidates undergo a rigorous interview conducted by the Attorney General and senior legal staff.
3. **Background Check and Approval**: The Attorney General’s Office performs a thorough background check. Successful candidates receive their appointment upon approval.

**Additional Notes**

* The Chief Justice has the authority to appoint Justices and Judges, provided they meet the criteria established by the Judicial Panel.
* Paralegals, Secretaries, and administrative staff positions are also available and follow a simplified application process outlined at City Hall.
* Candidates for all roles are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to justice.
