# Civil Court Procedures

The Civil Court Procedures section outlines the rules, processes, and expectations for handling civil cases within the state of San Andreas. These guidelines ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency in resolving disputes between private parties.

#### **1. General Rules for Civil Proceedings**

The following rules apply to all civil procedures within the state of San Andreas:

1. All attorneys, defendants, plaintiffs, and witnesses must wear proper business attire while attending court. Law enforcement officers may wear their uniforms.
2. Attorneys must possess a valid San Andreas State Bar License issued by the San Andreas Bar Association to practice law.

4. **Verdict**:
   * After reviewing all evidence and arguments, the court issues a verdict.
