# \[7] Firearm and Weapon-Related Crimes

Crimes concerning the unlawful possession, use, and distribution of firearms and other deadly weapons. This includes **illegal firearm possession, unlawful discharge of a firearm, weapon trafficking, and brandishing a weapon**. These offenses often carry severe legal consequences to maintain public safety.
