# MCC 5 – Airspace Restriction

**Offense Classification:** Misdemeanor

**Definition:**\
Aircraft must maintain an altitude higher than the Maze Bank Tower (320 meters / 1050 feet) when over city limits, except during takeoff, landing, or emergency operations.

**Elements of the Crime:**

* The aircraft was operated below 320m in restricted city airspace.
* The flight was not during lawful takeoff/landing or exempt activity.

**Penalties:**

* Jail Time: Up to 100 Months
* Fine: $2,000

**Related Charges:**

* \[6] 14 – Reckless Driving (if mirrored in aerial conduct)
* \[3] 11 – Criminal Trespassing (if entering restricted government airspace)
