* Fishing in **designated fishing areas** without a valid fishing license.
* Engaging in **hunting or fishing activities with an expired, revoked, or falsified license**.
* Failing to provide proof of a valid hunting or fishing license **upon request by Law Enforcement Officers**.

**Legal Consequences**

| Failure to present a valid license upon request | Citation + additional fines if license cannot be produced within the required timeframe |
| Using a falsified or revoked license | Increased fine + possible revocation of future licensing rights |

**Enforcement Actions**

* **Law Enforcement Officers may request proof of a valid hunting or fishing license** from any individual engaged in these activities.
* If an individual **fails to provide a valid license**, they may receive a **citation, fine, or have their equipment seized**.
* Repeat offenses may result in **higher fines and extended suspensions of hunting and fishing privileges**.

All hunters and fishers must ensure their **licenses are valid and up to date** before engaging in any hunting or fishing activities within San Andreas.
